If you discover that your product is defective within the specified warranty period, please contact Customer Support via info@miooskitchen.com. DO NOT dispose of your product before contacting us.

Once our Customer Support Team has approved your request, please return the product with a copy of the invoice and order ID.

Please register your product within 30 days of purchase to validate your warranty. You will be asked to provide the store name and date of purchase, along with your name and address. Your registration wil enable Mioos to keep you up-to-date with product developments, recipes, and contact you (in the unlikely event of a product satety notification). By reqistering, you acknowledge to have read and understood the instructions for use and warnings set forth in the accompanying instructions.
