CHICKEN WITH MUSHROOMS IN WINE

Ingredients:

  • 4 chicken breasts
  • salt,pepper
  • 4 cloves of garlic
  • 1 cup of sliced mushrooms
  • 1 cup of white wine
  • 1/4 cup of cornstarch
  • fresh parsley
  • 1/2 cup of broth

Instruction:

  1. Salt the chicken and pepper and place in the pot.
  2. Drizzle with wine, sprinkle with chopped mushrooms and garlic, and cook covered for 5 to 6 hours at low temperature using the Slow Cook program.
  3. Then remove chicken, mix cornstarch in water, and slowly pour it into the pot, stirring constantly.
  4. Add the chicken back to the pot, sprinkle with chopped parsley, and cook for another 20 to 30minutes, until the sauce thickens.
  5. Serve with rice or spaghetti.
