CHILI CON CARNE

INGREDIENTS
  • 500g ground beef
  • 1 teaspoon of pepper
  • 2 cans of beans, rinsed
  • 2 cans of sliced tomatoes
  • 1 can of tomato sauce
  • 2 medium onions
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 2 tablespoons of chili spice
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • Cheddar cheese for garnish

INSTRUCTION

  1. Brown ground beef in a pan. Mix all other ingredients with meat and pour into the pot.
  2. Press the Slow Cook button and cook on low for 8 to 10 hours or 4 to 5 hours at high temperature. During cooking you can taste by adding chili spice.
  3. Serve chili with grated cheddar cheese and spring onions.
