Ingredients:
- 4 chicken breasts
- salt,pepper
- 4 cloves of garlic
- 1 cup of sliced mushrooms
- 1 cup of white wine
- 1/4 cup of cornstarch
- fresh parsley
- 1/2 cup of broth
Instruction:
- Salt the chicken and pepper and place in the pot.
- Drizzle with wine, sprinkle with chopped mushrooms and garlic, and cook covered for 5 to 6 hours at low temperature using the Slow Cook program.
- Then remove chicken, mix cornstarch in water, and slowly pour it into the pot, stirring constantly.
- Add the chicken back to the pot, sprinkle with chopped parsley, and cook for another 20 to 30minutes, until the sauce thickens.
- Serve with rice or spaghetti.
