INGREDIENTS
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- 1 kg of beef to cubes
- salt,pepper
- 500g red potatoes
- 4 carrots
- 1 onion
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 3 cups of broth
- 2 teaspoons of tomato puree
- 1 tablespoon Worcester sauce
- 1 teaspoon of thyme and rosemary
- 1 teaspoon of smoked peppers and cumin
- 2 bay leaves
- 1/4 cup of plain flour
- 2 tablespoons of fresh parsley
INSTRUCTION
- Salt and pepper the meat. Heat the oil in the pot and saute the meat for 2 to 3 minutes.
- Insert meat, potatoes, carrots, onions, and garlic into the pot.
- Mix the puree with the broth, and add spice. Pour the mixture on the meat and cook using the Slow Cook program at low temperature for 7 to 8 hours or high temperature for 3 to 4 hours.
- At the end of cooking, mix the flour with a cup of broth and pour into the pot while stirring constantly.
- Cover and cook on high for 30 minutes. Serve garnished with fresh parsley.
